Bill has been active in Real Estate investment, development, and sales throughout South Florida since 2001, having completed several mixed-use projects in Broward County and the Florida Keys. As a broker-associate at Shaw & Company, he specializes in commercial property transactions. Growing up in Fort Lauderdale, he attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School (’77) and Florida State University (’82). After college he returned home and worked in his family’s beer distributorship heading up the company’s aggressive expansion into 16 Florida counties. The acquisition aspect of his duties led to an eventual full time real estate career. He has previously served ten years on the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County. He is currently a member of the Tocqueville Society of the United Way of Broward County, and the Terramar Society of the Friends of Birch State Park.
Heather was born in Georgia and was raised in a family of Realtors. She graduated from Brenau University with a BA in Human Resource Management. She married Clay Shaw III and moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1991 where she is the mother of 4 children, all attended local schools in the Fort Lauderdale area.
As a broker Associate at Shaw & Company, Heather specializes in Residential Real Estate in South Florida. Heather partners with Karyn Greep in all aspects of real estate providing their clients with top-notch customer service.
Heather is currently a member of the Board of Realtors, St. Anthony Parish, and the Charity Guild of Fort Lauderdale. She is a past member of the Junior League of Fort Lauderdale and the Lauderdale Yacht Club.
Karyn was born and raised in East Fort Lauderdale and graduated from Fort Lauderdale High School in 1986. She graduated from the University of Florida in Magazine Journalism and Business and was the Managing Editor of Gold Coast Magazine. She married her high school sweetheart, Steve Greep Jr., and is the mother of three children, all whom attended both public and private schools in East Fort Lauderdale.
Karyn lives in Coral Ridge and specializes in Residential Real Estate. She partners with Heather Shaw listing and finding homes for clients in the area and those relocating here. Together, they have introduced their clients to friends and local businesses and even opened their client’s homes for contractors before they’ve arrived to Florida.
She is currently a member of the Board of Realtors, First Presbyterian Church of Fort Lauderdale and The Charity Guild of Fort Lauderdale.
Clay graduated college in 1990 and moved back to his hometown of Fort Lauderdale. He is married to Heather Shaw and they are proud parents to 4 children. Clay is a Florida native with over 32 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. He started his career at a locally owned real estate office and went on to be the founder of Shaw & Company, Inc in 1999. Clay is proud of the fact that Shaw & Company, Inc. specializes in giving superior customer service with knowledge and experience in the Florida market. He has worked diligently to instill a team approach so that clients can be rest assured knowing that the entire office is working to assist in a smooth and skilled transaction.
